I celebrate Christmas... Finnish style
We have our big dinner on Christmas Eve with lots of Finnish foods: herring, lox, boiled potatoes, carrot, rutabaga and potato casseroles, turkey (that’s the American part of the evening… in Finland it would be ham), and Christmas stars for dessert.

Yes, I'm wearing leather to work...

I tried to pair it with softer colors and such so it wouldn’t scream LEATHER!!! Plus it’s an A-line, which I feel is the most conservative. But let’s be honest, I totally bought it (HousingWorks like $40ish) and wore it just to say that I got away with wearing leather to work :-)

winterize a summer/fall dress
This dress may have fall and winter tones but it is made of a light silk and so for a cold winter day, it is definitely not warm enough. What to do? Add layers.
